Simeloleons are the money of our forum and you can spend them on houses and lots witch are on the forum and community lots.
Perks are the rewards of the forums, and they give you special Powers on the forum like unbannable, diffrent collourd name, change your name, add symbols to your name witch you are unabble to do without the Perk.
Houses and lots are just like in the game, you can work at community lots, or you can buy one and employ other sim's(members) and you can sell custom perks that you think of or some special Rare download's (Must be exclusive to SuperSims). and objects, also you can own a building ferm and you can fix any broken items/ fix house's or build your name by renovateing lots and making them dazzle and sell them on for proffit.
